Rating evaluation of Clients service quality in various segments of Consumers market. The research powered by Q500 trademark is based on Andrey Donskih author’s method and is a part of his Ph.D. thesis. It is planned to include into the researching process in addition to Izhevsk such cities as Perm, Kazan, Ulyanovsk, Samara, Nizhni Novgorod and others.
